Ok, maybe this isn't really an adventure but I thought it was hilarious. Wired has a great "how to" for creating an exploding drink by freezing Mentos candy into ice cubes and then adding the cubes to a glass of pop. Wired created a Manhattan (my grandmother's favorite cocktail) for this prank but it would work just as well with plain ol' Diet Coke.
