This blog is for those of us with even a little bit of adventure in our souls. It started when some friends and I formed an adventure club so we would try something fun, new, interesting, or challenging every few months—the things we had always wanted to try but never had the nerve or the time to attempt. I hope the ideas posted here will inspire you and your friends to take a break from routine and have an adventure!

Ok, a few days late, but another fun way to meet your neighbor is to “Shamwow” them. If you buy the famous super absorbent towels, you get a total of 8 ShamWows in the package. Put one or two in a gift bag with a friendly note and leave it on your neighbor’s doorstep. Kind of a fun gesture to break the ice. We did it here.
I started a day early and met the one neighbor I didn't know in the laundry room.

I went downstairs and met the woman in the office directly below mine. I've heard her radio for years but now I have a face to go with the music.
