Despite all th...Susie,<BR/><BR/>Thanks for the encouragement. Despite all the exercise, I haven't really lost any weight. I have lost inches, though. Because I keep adding mileage and intensity to my workouts every week, I'm adding muscle. I'm also hungry. I'm hopeful that when my training levels out for awhile that I'll be able to lose some weight.
